Fresh off of breaking up with her boyfriend Ryan Adams, Mandy Moore was spotted out for a shopping session at Jeffrey and Scoop in The Meat Packing District of New York City on Thursday (July 3).
Sporting some serious tan lines, the “A Walk to Remember” actress picked up a few items before toting her purchases along as she made her way to Pastis for a solo lunch.
